The living area is all on one level with an easy, open layout. There is a centrally located console table with a cable organizer and extra plugs underneath for phone charging. The kitchen has a Thermador gas range, a space-age dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. There is plenty of cabinet space and a huge table for spreading out. The living room is simple with a gas fireplace, basic cable, and Netflix. It’s a great setup for couples.

The master has an en-suite bath, a walk-in closet, and a CA king bed. The nightstand has extra plugs underneath for phones/laptops. The second (full) bath is off the kitchen, close to the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, a reach-in closet with large mirrored sliding doors, and a small desk.

Working from home? The desk in the second bedroom has extra plugs underneath for tech gear, a weighted cable organizer, and a Humanscale chair. The condo is equipped with 400 Mbps wireless internet.

Both beds have seasonal, hypoallergenic blankets and pillows (duvets for winter, lightweight cotton quilts for warmer months). The linens are white cotton percale. The towels are thick white cotton.

You’ll find extra bath towels in the linen closet in the hallway, along with a few towels for use at the pool and/or spa located in the complex. The pool is closed during the winter, but the spa is open year-round. There is a hairdryer and a very basic first aid kit in a hallway drawer. There are also a few puzzles. There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.

The attached garage is big enough for an average-sized SUV and has a new washer and a new dryer. You are welcome to park in the garage, the driveway, or on the street. The washer has a “deep fill” setting and the dryer is gas. It’s like doing laundry in the 80s.

You won’t find a lot of knick knacks. You will find multiple charging stations with enough plugs for all your tech gear, a bottle of wine, and some coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. If you’re an early riser, you may see hot air balloons go up with the sun from the back patio. You may even meet Nala (the neighbor’s cat).
